un-acceptable service delivery
I was available between 09:00am until 17:00pm on 06 April 2018, no-one had the decency to call me 30mins before delivery. This is UN-acceptable service delivery,totally unexpected and totally unnoticeable.I required my package to be delivered on this day, as I needed to change service providers.
