un-acceptable

I wonder why a courier like Ram are unable to contact the client before they arrive at your doorstep, but are quick to call when they are standing there. I think that RAM doesn’t know that people also have jobs and during a time like COVID19 needs to hold on to their jobs and do not have time to rush home to collect the parcel only to stand and wait for RAM because there policy is not to wait more than 5min. Again if that is the policy of RAM why is the client not contacted. Furthermore when I phoned the driver (Mufasa), the attitude I received is un-acceptable. I will contact the company (RAIN) that used Ram and cancel due to this poor service.
