I paid for a service, they did not collect parcel for the specific day. two days passed no collection, imagine what i have to send is very urgent my small baby home, they are even dismissive when you talk to customer care, they just tell you to wait until when, It is high time RAM is reported for ***** and FALSE ADVERTISING. Even to refund me is a proper, I regret trusting them, Now i have delayed my shipment by 7 days because of them. I hope this company can shut down, and other service providers be given a chance, mxm. What ****ed me off worse was the fact their drivers even **** about coming and finding that parcel is not ready. advice, DO NOT USE RAM if you dont want to die from high blood pressure and heart attack
