*** still not recived they have had it since tge 2nd Oct 26

I was sent a tracking email with my correct address on the email to deliver my parcel. I was to receive on the 9th October 2026, it is now the 15th October 2026, they have claimed my *** is not registered, then the address they claim ro have is incorrect however on my email it is correct, when you call the call centre the girls lie to you and claim the address is incorrect, then they call and they are on the opposite side of the city and drop the call. Then I got an email to day saying out for delivery at 16h00 and guess what, NO ONE arrived again. Most pathetic delivery service. They can do Pepkors deliveries and stand talking to the girls in the stores but they can't make a normal deliver. Disgusting company.
