U938652 Late / No Delivery
The delivery was scheduled for Friday 19 February 2016 at my home address. They never delivered on Friday nor did they notify me of a change in delivery date. On Monday 22 February at 16:17 the courier called the intercom at my gate but by the time I got to the gate to open it he had left. waybill # U938652

Thank you for your post, I have looked into this and we only received the parcel from Vodacom on the 19 February which would then mean it would go out for delivery on Monday the 22 February. I will however discipline the courier for not waiting as its unacceptable especially if you where at the place upon delivery.
My sincere apologies as this is not the way we conduct our business..
