Typical poor service from RAM

I can’t say I’m surprised by the poor service by Ram as this is not the first time.

Was told to expect my package yesterday the 2nd April, only to get a call from the driver telling me he will not be bringing the package as it’s not his area. Mind you he was a 20min drive away from me. Why was the package given to a driver outside my area when I clearly stated my address. I immediately called customer service and was assured I’d get the package today.

It’s almost the end of the day and it still hasn’t even left Dispatch. I spoke to someone in the morning who escalated the matter. Still no response, feedback or movement on the tracking system.

It’s honestly such a pity that companies select a courier service on your behalf, because personally I would never go anywhere near Ram. Especially considering how I’ve never had a bad experience with any other courier service in the country.
