****ty services offered by TFG and Ram Couriers

I ordered something from TFG online, the gentleman who was meant to deliver my order called me at 10.34 and said I am downstairs. I told him i am coming. At 10.42 he called back asking me where i was. When I eventually got downstairs and did not find him I called at 10.50 and he said he is long gone he can not be standing in one place for 30 minutes. Firstly I have a toddler, secondly i stay on the 13th floor of a 17 floor building and lastly there is currently one elevator working. Why did you have to lie that you stood there for 30 minutes, soo much for being professional and ethical why you offer a bull**** and *** service. I have been trying to call the office after he left the number does not go through. We tried using 4 different phones and quickly hangs up. Clearly you comfortable with the standard your staff offers to clients that you only offer a one way communication to them.

Any way we use online services for convenience not to be harrased by a mere end-service company. TFG i am not happy with how you handled this issue, it shows how little you also care about your customers but your products being purchased
