Good day, I am really fed up with your courier company Ive been waiting for a week & 3 days for my sim which your courier company is failing to deliver. In this regard your driver constantly say my address is invalid whereas they can’t even contact me to confirm if they are in the damn area because this is totally not right! I called on Monday spoke to Sibo who updated the necessary information after advising that we don’t have a street number because I live on a Parlimentary village in Acacia Park & said my parcel will be delivered the following day (Tuesday) Tuesday morning I called @ spoke to Leon or Lionel because no dispatch had been made the gentleman Leon or Lionel to said he will call me back with feedback 2 damn days later & no feedback nor dispatch done this is really annoying!!!! & no one is contacting me regards to this matter I’m really annoyed to the max by your ****ty service I want my parcel now! Not tomorrow not Saturday NOW!!!!!!! I don’t care if the CEO of this puppet company brings it himself but I want my parcel!

We have now escalated it to the branch manager in the CPT branch to remedy the delivery matter at the soonest possible time.

They should be able revert soon.

I am seriously not up for games!!! I was called this morning by a supposedly “manager” told me I will be getting my parcel today fast forward it’s towards the end of the day & no contact I literally put my life on hold because the damn parcel is supposed to be here but still no show, no contact from the driver nothing! Nada!!!!

Ram you guys are seriously getting to my nerves!!! The “manager” who called me said my parcel would be delivered yesterday & the driver will call when on route to me! 1st I had specified that WE DO NOT HAVE A STREET NUMBER only a street name, suburb & postal code the street name is: ACACIA ROAD the suburb is ACACIA PARK postal code is 7460 for crying out loud It’s after the fort iKapa military base !!!! I am really sick & tired of playing hide & seek with this *********** company I want my damn parcel is that too much to ask for!!!!! Can someone who knows ACACIA PARK (AKASIAPARK) deliver to me as in now!!!!!
