Worst experience with Ram couriers ever

I made an order with Clicks on the 1st of April 2023, when I checked the delivery status on my clicks profile it said out for the delivery on the 5th April 2023, but nothing was delivered on the 6th of April I checked again and it said out for delivery.

At 17H29 I missed a call from Ram and immediately called them back at 17h46, A consultant answered and asked me to confirm my address, at which he told me that my address was incorrect and that is why my delivery was unsuccessful, I then advised him that this was not the 1st time I ordered from clicks and all the other times my address was never the issue, he then told me my order was only going to be delivered on the 11th due to the public holiday's, this I find unacceptable as I was at home whole day why does Ram only want to deliver my parcel so late in the day why is my address now a problem all of a sudden, when I told the agent that I want my order today still as my baby's nappies and formula is in that order he told me to hold on I then continued to hold the call and the call dropped after a whole 5 minutes, with no solution to my issue, so I now have to go and spend extra money on nappies and formula for my son
