Two weeks no service IGNORING CUSTOMERS

This is my second review

Last week I wrote up to escalate and already over due issue

Ram responded to the hellopeter report but have done nothing since

They respond on hellopeter to save face indicating service and then do absolutely nothing there after

Shocking

They delivered 6 orders to Totalsports with my name and contact details of which totalsports are withholding from me

Between Ram and totalsports nothing Has been done for two weeks not
