TWICE No delivery and No answer

<p>Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 03/05/17. I waited home the whole day but the driver apparently "couldn't find my home" and no-one thought of phoning the home owner for assistance, they merely decided to conveniently leave the area before notifying me they are "lost" and not deliver.</p> <p>Rescheduled for Friday after explicity saying before 10h or after 15h30. This morning (05/05) I phoned to double check this, but lo and behold, the driver had not even left the Pretoria branch by 9h30. So I asked for 15h30. Of course, they show up before 15h, I ask them to please make a plan, ask the driver to complete other deliveries and then come to my home, but no-one even phones back. It's like wishing upon a star. </p> <p><br />I rush home and I phone the 0861 number, but am told to phone the Pretoria branch as this is the only way to chat to the driver. So this I do, only to find no one answers the phone. If any one EVER answers that phone, it will be a miracle.</p> <p>Eventually phoned the 0861 number again and apparently now they can get hold of the driver?? So the driver is called, and again he is so far away, that it would be impossible to deliver. So I need to wait until Monday. I ask, I almost plead, for an early delivery, but as usual, RAM can't deliver anything, so I get told to try and phone again on Monday. I don't know why I should, it hasn't helped me at all thus far. What a terrible experience. </p>
