Truely poor service

I am basically stuck between a rock and a hard place because of this courier service and Rain wifi. When you call rain, they tell you thay your package has been distributed to Ram but guess what, still without my package Ram. I need to work from home and the contents of that package that you have failed to deliver on time will determine whether I receive a salary end of April or not. Thank you for sucking so royally at what you do.
