Trash courier service - RAM COURIERS

Hi from the most unsatisfied customer right now.

The fact that I even had to rate one star disgusts me. This company doesn’t even deserve that much from me.

The service is to terrible for worlds, lack of communication, lies, tardiness, unprofessionalism and It bugs me that companies like Vodacom makes use of this service because this is not the first time I’ve read of this exact same situation I’m going right now from unhappy clients.

I upgraded my phone through Vodacom and the process went swiftly everything was approved and ram the courier company was meant to deliver the device to me last week Friday. I’ve received a confirmation sms and email from ram with a waybill number to track. Today is Tuesday and still no delivery everyday I’d get a text and email to say the package is out for delivery and I’m home waiting like Tom the fool. I’ve called countless times I’ve sent a million emails with no responses. When I call It takes atleast 15 min yes for someone to answer and it’s basically like speaking to a lying robot that repeats meaningless information because nothing gets resolved. I am still waiting on my package and it’s infuriating because it’s work related matters.

Ram is a trash service with no customer delivery service care, expect bad service from them in the future if you make use of them.
