TRAGICALLY BAD SERVICE

I received an email yesterday to track my package from Vodacom. The delivery address doesn't even show the area, which is probably why it wasn't delivered. The contact cell number is the number of the sim card which is in the package from vodacom!! I have made numerous phone calls to RAM to update the details, but still no delivery and no phone calls. They are supposed to call me when delivering. This is very disappointing and disturbing. I went to track the package only to see NonDelivery or UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY. What the heck??? I was here all the time and nobody showed up!! The one time I phoned and told the lady they are supposed to phone me, she confirmed the number but it was the wrong nr, then suddenly she said "oh there is an email, I only saw the email now requesting the delivery person to call my correct number. I MEAN SERIOUSLY!!! The next time I phoned, the lady told me to hold on. I asked her to call me back, she said she couldn't because she would get other calls when our call is cut. I hung up as it sounded like the line was dead anyway. A few seconds later she called me back!! IS THIS NOW POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WHAT!!!!!
