Totally ****ed off

As per my recent complaint against finrite.. I was told that RAM COURIER is holding back my device from Wednesday 17.04.2019..As my dad called RAM COURIER today they stated the device is not with them but FINRITE,as I keep going back and forth for the past three weeks and all I ever get from FINRITE is RAM as my device and from RAM they stated FINRITE as the device .. This is totally unacceptable ..these are the worst people to do business with... Finrite Adminstration and Ram Courier is working hand in hand and these people are giving me the run around .. Phathic services will never recommend this to anyone

Good day - my sincere apologies as  this is not acceptable. Can you give me a tracking number or even an sender name and address so I can look through all reports to see what I can find to assist you.

Hi ... Waybill number FinRo5/ ********** 7..this was the number given by the consultant at FINRITE Adminstration stating the device is with RAM COURIER..from Wednesday 17.04.2019
