Totally imcompetent. If you are expecting a delivery by RAM don't expect it anytime soon.

I attempted to telephone RAM couriers on Saturday morning from about 11:45 to 13:00 to enquire why a parcel of mine had not been delivered. I telephoned for the first time at about 11:45. Had the answering machine stating I'm 8th in the queue and based on the current level my call should be answered in about 8 minutes. This carried on for about 17 minutes until I reached second in the queue, which should be answered in about 2 minute. I was then cut off. I telephoned again a few minutes later and again went thought the bullsh*te, you are...... in the queue. This time I got to one in the queue. I finally put down the phone after 40 minutes. If you expect something to be delivered by RAM couriers don't hold your breath.
