Too much work?

Yesterday I was phoned to arrange for my package from cellc to be delivered due to your driver not finding my address. The lady who phoned me said I gave the wrong address so they didn't know it was in Tarlton. She then said the driver was in Krugersdorp. I myself was in Krugersdorp at the time so I could meet the driver anyway. I asked her why he didn't call me. She said he is not allowed to. Which is funny previously the driver phoned for directions, so I get the feeling she is lying. Next I asked her when did he let her know she rep**** an hour earlier. To which I asked why didn't she call me then. The answer I got was l. She has too much work to call me. I repeat she has to much work. And her too much work now became my problem. I explained to her she is costing the company money due to having to make two trips... Most shocking exp ever. Being told I will get my parcel only again on Monday cause she has too much work. Quite frankly. This lady that helped me was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in mt life. So when am I getting my delivery? I guess never cause RaM has people with too much work... Disgusted.
