Timing is everything - Outstanding service

I was going to cancel my contract with a Cellphone network provider, but liked one of their service offerings, but as part of the terms of upgrading, I requested the Cellphone network provider to ensure the package is delivered to me before 11am, which they agreed to.

When tracking my package on the RAM website (yesterday afternoon), I was a bit concerned as it had not moved from the status it was at in the morning, so I contacted Ram call centre and spoke to Divesshinee. I explained that the parcel was a gift for Christmas (for my wife) and the agreement I had with Cellphone network provider, but she advised that the Cellphone network provider had not mentioned a specific time, and that the package was only going to be delivered in the afternoon – I am getting on a flight at 12:30 (which I explained to Divesshinee), so I would not have been available to accept the parcel, and also would not have been able to give my special someone a perfect gift on Christmas.

Within an hour of my initial phone call, Divesshinee was able to expedite the delivery and confirmed that I would have it by 08:30am, well I received it at 07:35 this morning.

This kind of dedication to ensure ENHANCED customer service is what every service provider should strive for, Divesshinee has gone out of her way to get my parcel to me, and has kept me in the loop with the progress from the first time I spoke to her. I have never been left wondering what was going to happen.

Divesshinee is a great representative of Ram – she has demonstrated values that have exceeded my expectations, and I assure you, Ram will be my preferred service provider.
