Time of delivery is never communicated
The time of delivery is never communicated, you randomly show up at any given time which suits you. This is a inconvenience to the customer because we do not have a mutually agreed upon time. This results in the delay of me receiving my package

According to the sender, we were infirmed to deliver at the address as a place where you are available at between eight to five during the day of the week.
