This is absurd

RAM sent out an email and SMS telling us they would deliver to us today and still nothing I had to stop my day for this This is utter disrespect and surely not the first time it happens! I cannot continue to cancel my appointments during this difficult time! RAM get your ducks in a row and deliver on time!
