This company needs to close

This is the 2nd time when waiting for parcel from this company and they just make you wait the whole day and they don’t pitch.Im just at a place where if the merchant uses them for delivery I will not buy from them. They leave us at the mercy of this terrible company that is not customer centric.How do they even procure the service of a company that clearly has a negative promoter score.This company must either close or improve.I will personally be sending emails to all companies that are using them because the experience of customers is impacted and they clearly don’t care.The are small courier companies that deliver outstanding customer service and merchants have responsibility to ensure they choose good courier cuz this RAM thinks its a Nokia
