Think twice befor making use of ram pathetic

I did my upgrade with Vodacom last week and they told my delivery will take place within 5 days ! Thursday morning 6:35 i had a call waking me up twice and this were Ram Couriers telling me that they are going to deliver i told Jacob that i am still in Johannesburg but will be in Vryburg on Friday and that delivery can take place on Friday. I phoned the ram office this morning 7:28 confirming with the guy in reception that i am at the Lodge and that they will deliver. About 13:00 i phoned the office and they give me Jacobs number only to find he left the package in Kimberley again ! He never phones me back . I phoned the office o speak to the manager charmaine who have not phoned me back yet ! I am very upset with ram now i will only get my parcel next week and male arrangements to get it because i will be out again! This is totally unacceptable!
