They Lie, They LIE - THEY LIE - where is my parcel?

Worst, rude, lies, lies, lies and bad for customer experience. i have been get pulled left, right and everywhere by these people on the delivery of my parcel. they keep saying next day with no communication.

i keep chasing them and refusal for honesty on my parcel..... I hate this experience and no one is willing to help.
