They lie.

Pity we can't rate zero stars. I was expecting a delivery on Tuesday the 14th. I called to check that it was still on the way and was informed it was, the agent actually called back confirm the address which is my office address. I waited till 6pm noone came noone called, the app was updated to say they attempted delivery at 4 and I wasn't home, uhmmm I used my office address and I was there till 6pm,on the phone with their agents. This morning I called to find out happened and the agent KABELO called the driver and he said he had just finished his priority deliveries and would be coming to me. When hours later at 4pm I still had not heard from them I called in again and the story was we don't have the drivers number we will find out where he is via radio. I was on hold then they hung up, this call was 29 minutes long . I spoke to a Xavier who called from the chat option and promised feedback again nothing. 5pm I spoke to Christopher who also said the same thing he'll try radio and find out where the driver is...... I got a call I answered Noone spoke, 3 times. I called back and asked to speak to Christopher she took my number hung up and that was it, after I had asked whether I should wait or leave. Again today I waited at the office for delivery till 6 pm, noone came noone called. Now my airtime alone spent on RAM today is over R100. Their drivers lie and the company doesn't seem concerned. What is of concern is this is a company used by rain and vodacom to deliver valuable goods and all agents can't locate the driver and don't have his number. DHL is e, pensive but it's very clear you get the quality you pay for. No wonder they have 1 star on Google. Pathetic service. Rain and vodacom should REALLY reconsider. Apparently my query was escalated to management hahahaha LOL.
