They just pitch up without warning!

I ordered a takkie from Puma on 24/11 (Friday). Was told it would take 2-5 Working days. I get a call from this courier the next day (Sat) at 14:36 to say he is outside my house, no call or anything, he just rocks up. He said he would come back on Monday. I waited till 15:20 yesterday (Mon) and he didnt pitch, so I left. He called me at 15:47 to say he is outside my house again. I asked why didnt he call me before hand. He said he wud come today bet 12 and 5pm. I said I am not waiting at home for another half day! A lady from Ram called me to confirm the reschedule. I told her its unacceptable for me to have to wait the whole day on Mon and another half day on Tues. She apologized and said she will arrange for him to be here bet 12 and 1pm. Its now 14:18 and still nothing from this guy! I will be complaining to Puma regarding this C R A P service!!
