They have no idea what they are doing

I dont understand. They missed a delivery yesterday (came in after business hours) and every query i have they just close the ticket. Now they phone and say they will only be delivering tomorrow because all their delivery vehicles are already out. Why would they not send out the parcel today again after their own mistake? This is not how you do business!! RW ********** 1
