They don't want to deliver or let me collect my urgent parcel - excuses all the way

I have a parcel coming from Japan sent through DHL. Apparently Ram is their third party delivery agent. I called yesterday and was told that it will be delivered today. I asked the DHL agent that can I collect the parcel from their warehouse as I need it urgently. The agent emailed them and they didn't respond. I called again later and DHL agent contacted them and they said the manager wasn't there to authorise a collection. So, it does that mean the manager wasn't at the office all day as the first request was done in the morning. I called DHL again today and the agent spoke to Ram who confirmed my parcel will be delivered today before 2pm. At around 2pm I get a call from DHL that Ram says they didn't send out the parcel meaning it won't be delivered today. The agent has since told me she's doing arrangements for me to pick up the parcel. These are car parts which I have to get a mechanic fix my car as I have to go to KZN this evening but thanks to the useless Ram I might have to either hire a car or get someone to borrow me a car and waste a lot of money for their pathetic service. I've never had such a pathetic and disgusting service from a courier. These people don't care about their clients all they care about is money. Why didn't they send out my parcel with a driver? Wasn't it supposed to be delivered today? I'm really ****ed off.
