They don't care about service.
Exactly the same problem again. I ordered goods from Dischem last Friday. I made sure that my address is correct on the Dischem website which it is !! Since Wednesday ( 2 days ago) I'm receiving calls from Ram asking me if my address is a street in Eldoraine. When I say no the phone call is ended without a further word. I sent an email to Michelle Katleho Mphole at Ram and asked for assistance. She's the person who responded to my previous complaint on Hello Peter. She actually rep**** and asked for a Ram tracking number which I don't have. I gave her the Dischem tracking number but then didn't hear from her again.

3 days after I ordered you will start calling me to ask if I live in Thereza street Eldoraine. Each time I will say no and give you the right address as it is captured on the Dischem website where I ordered. You will calling asking if I live in Thereza street Eldoraine and I will give you the right address each time.
Eventually after a week I will have to start making calls to find out where my package is and to find a person who is prepared to take my right address and make sure it gets delivered there.
Is that good service???

Kindly note we receive addresses from the suppliers as they are and makes it difficult also as a courier company to resolve it, we will always take the punch and there is nothing wrong as we need to deliver.
