They can't find addresses

I have used Ram a few times now in business and personal settings and I rarely ever get an effortless delivery. There's always issues with finding the addresses in both popular and rural places. Ram was used via bobgo for my latest delivery from a clothing company and on Monday the driver called me to ask for clarification on my address. I heard my dogs barking in the background and I am the only one with dogs in my street as I am across from a school. I am also the only standalone house on my street as I am surrounded by an old age home. So I told the guy, across from the school, the only house with dogs, it has a green fence and I am surrounded by the old age homes, and I told him I'll send out someone who's at home as I wasn't at home. My cousin went out and let me know there is no one there, I asked him to wait outside and got in contact with the driver again and I told him someone is waiting outside, it is the house with the 2 dogs. Later I got a reply from my cousin saying the driver sped past the house but didn't deliver anything. I never got an update or anything about the driver leaving and now 2 days later I still don't have my parcel. I changed the address now to my work address but no other courier service has ever had issues with finding my home address as it is literally the only standalone house on the street. The whole foundation of a courier company is delivering to addresses and they can't do that. When I type my address into Waze or Google maps or just on Google I always find the exact right address so how could they not find my address?
