They cant deliver to save they life's

It started on the 24th on November i tell the Rain Network agent make sure the deliver on the 27th . Come 25th they came to my house i am not there, i get a call i tell the delivery guy you not meant to be there i planned for the 27th. He then says "no problem it will come on the 27th". I get a second call from ram saying i was not there i tell him the same story and deliver on the 27th i will be at home. Come 27th nothing i call they say the parcel was never planned for the 27th so what did the two people i talked to do? 29th i write a email for help the ignore it. 30th i call them they tell me they cant deliver why if i spoke to you on Friday(27th ) saying you did not deliver that day will you not plan to deliver the next working day. So during my call on the 30th i tell them i need to change address because i wont have internet come the 1st because you not delivering my package. I ask when can i get it he says the 1st of Dec. Come 1st Dec i call they tell me they cant deliver to the new address today because it takes 48 hours to change address but that was not said to me they said the next day i will get it. So i say i need it today (1st Dec) i don't care where you deliver it i will make a plan they say "they cant guarantee delivery to any address today so what the hell!!!!
