They are completely unreliable and there is no communication from them

They are completely unreliable and there is no communication from them . They have been delivering my parcel since 11th of march till now they haven’t delivered and they don’t even communicate! I called them earlier today to us about the delivery they said they are waiting for an escort they will come after 2hours i called them again and no they will not deliver they might deliver tomorrow or next week. I told them i wont be available for tomorrow or next week they just they will then send it back to vodacom . I am so maad oh my god. I literally took off days to receive my parcel and they are still not going to deliver and the poor communication!!!!!!
