Their service is inadequate

<p>I made it Telefonica order with cell C on 14/01/17 cell C told me that your phone will be delivered At work or at home firstly I said they must deliver at work. My shift changed from day to night shift to replace colleague reported sick. </p> <p>The phone came when I wasn't at work and cell C phoned me to ask where they can deliver phone I told him I'm working nightshift they said they can deliver the phone at home then said okay it's fine no problem. Then I received a call from RAM they told me they can't deliver it to my home I must meet them somewhere in Pinetown. </p> <p>Christina told me that I must meet them in Pinetown by 1 o'clock I told are no I can't meet them by one we must arrange time. She wrote on her reports that I refused to meet the The driver I did not refuse to meet the driver. She phoned again wouldn't attitude. She told me that I must meet the driver I asked her what is the purpose of having a courier service to deliver if you have to meet them somewhere. </p> <p> </p> <p>I told them that they must deliver my phone for 4:30 p.m. At my workplace even now I haven't got my phone I don't understand why</p>
