THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Totally PATHETIC!!!
Whoopi, and RAM does it again, nit even a week after the previous stuff-up Again a delivery from Rain, because of the previous issue, Rain decided to send me another SIM... Nice of them, BUT tgey decide to go with...... RAM!!! And what does RAM do, they stuff it up AGAIN... Again the address was wrong, as they do not deliver outside of office hours, and I didn't change it with Rain So I again go onto RAMs website and request an address change... Low and behold, Monday morning RAM delivers the new SIM at the wrong address. Again an agent contacts me, again I give them my office address and again the agent says 'I have changed it on the system, sorry for the inconvenience' So again I go onto the Live Chat on the website, and again I air my disappointment, and again I give the correct (office) address, and again I am told it is now sorted.... BUT AGAIN, on Wednesday I get a call, they are delivering my SIM at THE WRONG F'N ADDRESS...
How many more times can one company NOT GET IT RIGHT....
Sorry, but you are most definitely NOT even close to being on my list of preferred courier companies, not even remotely, not even right at the bottom.... You just don't feature....
They promise, the phone, but they never deliver...
Just wondering what I should do to get them to deliver my parcel....
Maybe phone the FBI, maybe they can trace the parcel, or have it delivered, because RAM sure as hell are not capable of delivering... Not the first time, and nor the second...
Should they be given another chance to prove their worth, naaaah, I don't think so...
They communicating via Messenger, but even there they are failing miserably, not even able of replying when one answers their questions... You are just met with this silence, this void, this nothing.... And that is what I expect from them at this stage, NOTHING... At least that is one thing they are good at, doing nothing..... Eish.....
