The worst service ever

Ram courier is the worst courier service ever. Every time I do an upgrade with Vodacom I have to fight with their rude drivers who will keep on calling me asking me for directions. Imagine in this day and age. I mean we live in the digital world. I've never encountered this problem with other courier companies like DSV and Aramex. Their service is superb. But every time I do an upgrade I know I'm going to have a problem with Ram. So unpleasant to deal with. I'll go to the store for my upgrades going forward just so that I don't have to deal with *********** Ram. Appalling service ever
