The worst service ever

I am highly disappointed with the service . Monday to my surprise I received an email and SMS to say my package has been dispatched while I was at work. Tuesday I decided to take the day off so I can get my parcel delivered just to be told that the address on my proof of residence is not of the current residence fine I got that, went to the police station got an affidavit as instructed and with a phone call to say that they would deliver today... took another day off with assurance that it would be delivered and today nothing.... my wife and I been calling to find out the status, consultants have said they updated the information so they should deliver but nothing no communication has been made . 2 days of work with no package... I am so annoyed and angry I have been inconvenienced.
