THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICES BY FAR Monday I received an sms saying my parcel is out for delivery on Monday 02 December. No driver contacted me. At 9pm the status on your online system changed and said the driver attempted to deliver at a school and school was closed (Mind you this is the 1st courier company to even get my address wrong, which says to me the driver was given an incorrect or the driver wasnt working). I called again on Tuesday and all agents I spoke to said that they escalated my issue (parcel didnt even leave warehouse for reattempt, how professional of you). Wednesday I called at 8 am and spoke to Nhlanhla and said he will get the parcel dispatched. I called again and spoke to Lebogang and was told that my parcel in on the way (this was around 12 pm). Called again at 4pm and spoke to Shanaz and she said driver didnt have a lot of deliveries for the day and that I should wait till 5 or at least just after 5 and I will be sorted. At 17:15 I called again and guess what the agent I spoke to said the driver was Misrouted and that parcel will be dispatched again tomorrow. I stated to her that tomorrow wont work for me as the parcel is required tomorrow morning at 8am and she handed me over to her rude team leader (Londi or Mlondi). He had the audacity to laugh at me and didn't show any sympathy towards my predicament. What irritates me is that 2 days the driver got lost and on both days no driver called me to say they getting lost. Next time allow us to fetch our own parcels because you are failing on delivery. For a big company as yourself you lack customer service and communication. Your team leaders a rude and condescending. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VOLUNTARILY USE RAM SERVICES
