The worst customer service experience from ram and Clicks

Placed an order with clicks - I have been calling them top assist with my delivery since the 30th to date - the issue has still not been sorted they claim that the ram drivers are calling me but have never called me i have given alternative numbers as well as my extension - our main gate does not allow anyone on the premises no one has called from my main gate - can someone have this sorted i have just about had it with both clicks and rams service - They dont have any energy , i have spoken to Ayabonga and Johannes at clicks , and Sihle and Kayden at Ram.
