The worst Courier Services I have had to deal with

Drivers and organization genuinely lack integrity. On the 14th of February, I contacted Ram Courier services to either reschedule my parcel delivery or deliver my parcel before 15H00 the afternoon. They sent a request to the driver but never confirmed with him.

The driver then contacted me at 17h00 to confirm the address, and we agreed that he would wait 5 minutes for me at the address while I drive there. As I get to him, he decides not to deliver the parcel and drives off while I'm standing right next to him!

I assumed he would turn around after signaling him with no such luck. Will never recommend ram courier services to anyone!
