The worst Courier Services I have had to deal with

Tracking indicated "OUT FOR DELIVERY IN Cape Town.". Late during the day phone Customer Care. Told me they will call me back. Never did. Tracking changes to "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable Business - Contact Not Available." that is not true. Phone Customer care again next day. Promised me is will be delivered the same morning. Did not happen. Phoned customer care again just to be put on hold and forgotten. :-(
