THE Worst courier service in South Africa

I hate RAM with every fiber in my body in fact i hate anything that associates with it. Their customer service is characterized by incompetency and unprofessionalism. Their driver claimed to have delivered my parcel even though he did not, i had to spend hours and hours calling them every time i call i need to start the story from beginning, taking off from work to deal with this issue, no one is reaching out to me to assist, i spoke to supervisor's dint seem to care about my issue even when they eventually found my consignment in their depo after saying they delivered the was no sense of urgency to get the consignment right away to me, no apologies, no sense of remorse no one taking responsibility only pure disgusting and unprofessional behavior from them. Never use RAM even if your life depends on it. they are the most ****ties courier service i have ever used in my life.
