The worst courier company to ever exist

I do not know why FNB bothers using this company to courier parcels.

I have had 5 devices delivered in the past 5 years and 3 times they somehow manage to mess up the delivery.

If it's not the wrong address they go to, something happens to their vehicle.

If the delivery address is the same as the previous address, how is it that the driver cannot deliver at the given address?

Oh, and their phone number ***.. if you can get a hold of anyone consider yourself as lucky as a lotto winner.
