The worst courier company in South Africa

Yes, the way Ram operate is quite dumb. Simply a waste of time and energy. Apparently, it is fine for the customer service and supervision to correct deal with the addition of an address and make no attempt to reach out to the driver to advice the driver of the new address 5min from the original address or keep the original/same address. The delivery has to be canceled despite the driver being already in Johannesburg, the parcel has to go back to Pretoria and need to be delivery another day. Who on earth does things like that? which delivery or courier company operates in this fashion? AAAB***
