The worst Courier Company Ever!!!!!

If I could give them less then one star I would have. The same thing happend to me last year by RAM. also my package vor Vodacom. They claim that the business is closed and that there is no one available, the funny thing is we stay and work at the same premises. so we are literally 27/7 available. the problem is they never drive to the address, they look at the time and assume the business is closed. This is an absolute joke, and it is always the same thing. Are they not supposed to call you and ask if you are still available?? Worst service ever!!!!! Please do not state that the business is closed when you were not even at the address to confirm that no one was available!!!!
