The worst courier company ever

I ordered a package from BASH. I was notified this morning that my package will be delivered before 5PM today, 10 September 2024. I contacted the customer care centre at around 4PM to follow up on my package (my details was confirmed) whereby I was informed by the employee that the courier is in my area. I checked that app tonight at 19h00 to only find the following message: "Unsuccessful Delivery-Our courier attempted the delivery but was unable to complete it.Tuesday, 10 September 2024 at 19:10 • Cape Town". How is this even possible as I was at home the whole time and they have my number. I am very disgusted with this service. RAM couriers have been at my address before so there is no execuses for this unacceptable behaviour. I want answers and no excuses.
