The worst Courier company ever

I should have rated 0. None of their website complaint services is actually working. Really disappointed with their service. Package did not reach my daughter now for 14 days after it has been shipped from Pretoria to Potchefstroom. Everytime I phone they promise it will be done - how difficult can it be?
