The worst Courier company by far
I did a contract upgrade with Vodacom, RAM couriers set my delivery for the 21st of December 2018 after quite a struggle in the afternoon between 12:00 and 17:00. On that day the driver attempts delivery in the morning, when I tell him its for the afternoon he changes my delivery address without any request from me. Friday the phone is not delivered, 2 days later I call in and get told delivery will only happen a further 3 days later again. Their consultants are rude, uncaring and provide the worst kind of Customer service ever. No one should do business with this *********** lot. Wish to never encounter them ever in my life again.

A service challenge that I can certainly state that you will fail is to deliver my parcel today. After countless phone calls my parcel might be delivered on Thursday hopefully. Still waiting for the call

I can only hope that it will not be another unpleasant interaction with your personnel. A service challenge that I can certainly state that you will fail is to deliver my parcel today. After countless phone calls my parcel might be delivered on Thursday hopefully. Still waiting for the call

27 Dec 2018, 08:53So, after getting the "Official business reply", Ram Hand to Hand Couriers **** and said they would me directly. I can safely say that they did not contact me nor has my parcel been delivered as yet. Mind you that they were supposed to deliver on the 20th of December 2018, we are not on the 27th of December 2018 and no delivery as yet. This company lies, their staff members are rude to clients, they do not show any client empathy. Their responses standard lies, when speaking to their staff they will tell you about their useless processes, is as if you are talking to a robot all the time when you want to interact with them. I would urge everyone to not touch this company ever again until they close shop so that there can be space for other competent players to enter the goods delivery market.
