The worst courier company
They don't even bother informing you that your parcel is out for delivery and on top of that they don't even call when they are outside so that you can come collect or open up the gate for them(a gate that doesn't even need an access card) It's as if they expect you to wait for them by the gate all day everyday until you get your parcel. I'm still waiting for their communication, one Vodacom said I'll receive from them. What kind of courier company is this? This is the first time my parcel is delivered by them and I pray it will be the last.
