The worst courier company

<p>We have been waiting for a parcel from Froggies which was to have been delivered on Thursday 29 Oct. When enquiring with Ram we were informed that it was "undeliverable". No one phoned us and security never contacted us. The driver was apparently Ernest. We were then told by Megan that it would definitely be delivered on Friday. This also did not happen. Still waiting. Pathetic service. </p> <p> </p>
