The worse delivery service with a ram courier driver.

I have never ever experience such service in my entire life with Ram courier deliver. On 13- 01-2026 the ram courier guy came to deliver my phone at my home address twice on the same day but denied to deliver my phone . They came around 11:30 with no back up vehicle and asked for OTP number which was not send on my phone and left with it . They called me again same day informing me that they are coming with the back up vehicle and they arrived and only to find that it's the same guys who was there earlier , They asked for ID which was provided and asked me to go inthe yard , while we are inside the yard he insisted me to open my house so that he can take a picture of the furniture as a prove of delivery because people are getting fired and Vodacom consultant are doing *****s and the phone that he is delivering is expensive and he gave back my ID and updated his device that my address is incorrect.
