The slowest courier EVER!

Absolutely pathetic service , absolutely pathetic delivers and absolutely pathetic call service . Seems like companies are trying to see who can be the slowest. Still waiting for my parcel, it’s now after 17:00, WhatsApp does not work , agent does not pick up the phone. It’s quicker to just roll your parcel down a hill than to trust them with it
